As we continue to monitor the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the health and well-being of our guests and staff remain our top priority. We take pride in maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel and we have proactively implemented enhanced protocols to ensure your safety is addressed with the utmost importance. We are also closely following the guidelines established by the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and our local health departments regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
We have installed a plexiglass barrier between our front desk agent and our guests to limit contact during check-in. Guests are encouraged to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet from other guests that are not part of their party.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in all public areas of the hotel including but not limited to: door handles, seating areas, tables, phones, elevator buttons, key cards, the front desk, hand railings, and public bathrooms. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be placed in high traffic areas throughout the hotel.
We are pleased to provide our guests with daily complimentary breakfast. Through August 31, 2020 guests will enjoy a complimentary cooked-to-order room service breakfast rather than our gourmet breakfast buffet. A room service menu is in your guest room and is sanitized after each guest. Breakfast orders will be delivered in front of the guest room door unless the guest prefers to have their order brought inside by our room service attendant.
Monday – Friday: 6:30AM-10AM
Saturday – Sunday: 7AM-10AM
Only one person or family may use the elevator at a time. We encourage guests to keep physical distance while waiting for the elevator. Our staff will frequently wipe down all surfaces and elevator buttons.
Food & Beverage:
Cultivated F+B will remain temporarily closed for all in-restaurant dining. Our restaurant will only be serving breakfast room service and to-go orders until further notice. Contact our team for private dining or catering inquiries.
Guestrooms & Suites:
Our housekeeping team has implemented extra protocols to disinfect high-touch areas such as remotes, light switches, telephone, and door handles. We have removed all high-touch items in guestrooms including magazines, pens, note pads, etc. After each guest’s departure, we do a thorough deep cleaning of the room and wait 48 hours before reassigning the guest room.
Cardio Fitness Room:
Due to CDC and government guidelines, our cardio fitness room is limited to 50% capacity. We encourage guests to sanitize their hands upon entering and exiting the Cardio Fitness Room, practice social distancing, and wipe down equipment after each use. Our staff will thoroughly clean the Cardio Fitness Room after each guest in addition to our regular enhanced cleaning schedule.
Each employee will be given a health screening prior to the start of their shift. If they are ill or have a fever, they must return home. In addition to wearing face masks and gloves, all employees have received training on COVID-19 cleaning protocols and best hygiene practices.
Our van service is temporarily suspended. We will provide updates when available.
Valet and/or self-parking are available upon request. Please let our staff know which service you desire during your stay.
